1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
- The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
Note: Used, altered, or opened items without authorization are not eligible. Personal care, consumables, beverages, or digital products are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
- Log in to your Bazarica account and select the order to return.
- Choose the reason and submit the return request.
- Pack the item securely and hand it over to the assigned delivery agent.
The process is simple, fast, and hassle-free.
3. Refund Process
After the returned product is inspected and approved:
- Refunds are processed in 7 10 business days.
- Refunds are made via the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds go to your bank account or mobile wallet.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchange possible for size, color, or version of the product.
- Must request within 3 days of delivery.
- Additional delivery charges may apply.
5. Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact Customer Support immediately. After verification, Bazarica will replace the item or provide a full refund (including delivery).
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipment.
- Prepaid: will be refunded through same payment method.
- COD: Contact support team before delivery to cancel.
All return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
Bazarica reserves the right to decline returns or refunds if policy terms are violated.
